Religious Education

DRS:    Jacqui Law (Acting)

General Aim.  Religious Education is the foundation subject of this College. Its aim is to build a nurturing college community environment characterised by Christian values as expressed within the living Catholic and Marist tradition  experienced in a New Zealand context.

Students are encouraged to develop skills and attitudes to enable them to integrate “The Understanding Faith’ curriculum into their everyday living which will in turn encourage them to hold fast to their faith – (‘Sectare Fidem’).

An Information Manual for parents is available from the Director of Religious Studies.
