The Wellington Under-18 Team has taken out the Hurricanes Under-18 Rugby title wih a win over Hawkes Bay 22-14 on Saturday 24 Seweptember 2011. Stream was well reperesented by players fom the school's First XV team: Jack Talapa; Cameron Ross; Hayden Schrijvers; George Vance; Ivan Vaisagote; Aviata Silago; and Dylan Hayes. |

In the A-Grade Final of the Secondary Schools Table Tennis Championships, Thom Nguyen defeated Zhiyang Cheng of Macleans College 3-1. This is a great follow-up to his second round win over 2010 NZ Senior Open Men's Singles winner Roger Rao (Auckland Grammar) 11‐9, 11‐9, 11‐9. |

Thom Nguyen wins College Sport Title |

 At the recent College Sport Annual Awards, Year 11 student Thom Nguyen was awarded Best Table Tennis Player of the Year. This is well-deserved recognition of Thom's commitment and ability to both his table tennis and his education: while playing in tournaments overseas during the year, he has also maintained his academic performances. In 2010, Thom has been chosen for the NZ Junior Team to play in the 2010 ITTF Competition in Egypt, and France; is the Oceania Under-18 Teams and Doubles Champion; is the National Under-18 Singles and Doubles Champion; and Wellington Under-18 and Under-21 Singles and Doubles Champion. |
