General Aim: Students are encouraged to explore and experiment with music and technology, enjoy performance and the creative process of music making, appreciate music through responsive listening, and develop skills to promote individual growth and fulfilment.

The Year 9 Music Option is a foundational course, focusing on basic theory and performance.  Students are introduced to technologies that are used in Music creation and performance.

The study of Drama gives students the opportunity to explore, express and challenge their values, thoughts and ideas. Students are given learning opportunities that stimulate their imagination, senses, thoughts and emotions. In this course students will develop their key competencies; relating to others, participating, contributing, thinking and managing self.
