Wednesday evening 10 February 2010: The first House competition of the year was decided this evening at the Athletics Finals. With a large crowd of family and friends watching, athletes were also competing for places at next week's Old Boys' Cup. Final points were being tallied overnight. Amongst many strong performances, one stands out: Matt Pavitt in the 1500 metres set a school-record time of 4:12 carving 7 seconds off the previous record held by Corey Casey. The team for Old Boys' will be announced on Thursday.
